During 2003 my wife, Linna, and I, Hanny Tanny, developed and opened the first Rose of Sharon Assisted Living facility in Centennial, Colorado. Our goal was to create a senior living facility where the residents’ well being always came first. Since we opened that first facility in 2003, continued business success has enabled us to operate six additional facilities in the Denver Metro area.
Rose of Sharon Assisted Living is dedicated to providing seniors who need assisted living with love and quality care by accommodating their unique needs in a physically safe and sanitary environment at a reasonable cost.
A dedicated and skilled administrator is responsible for the operation of all facilities as well as the supervision of a staff of skilled caregivers. The management team takes pride in the quality of services provided and the cleanliness of our facilities, which are all operated to the highest standards. Attention to detail characterizes the service provided at Rose of Sharon. The resident-centered model practiced at Rose of Sharon focuses on each resident’s individual needs. We believe that Rose of Sharon residents should have the opportunity to live as independently as possible. We make every effort empower each resident within the limitations of their physical and mental condition to make informed choices.
At Rose of Sharon, we have extensive experience managing employees -- this is an enormous part of running any service business -- especially an assisted living facility. As we believe that energized and happy employees deliver the best care, we train our staff well and treat them like family.
